All requests for help go through a referral application process.
No system is perfect, but if we are able to identify more ways to work together as a community, then less and less foster youth will slip through the cracks. We have created this referral system that will help us connect with more youth that need our assistance. If you know someone that is transitioning out of the foster care system and are able to vouch for their foster connection, please let us know. Send us an email with a description of their situation and what they need. Once we have that information, we will see what we can do to help them. It really takes all of us being proactive to make a difference. When we put forth great effort, we will uplift the youth, and the community overall. We hope you’ll help us effect major change.
